Pay with your HSA/FSA card

How it works

1. Add your joggers to the cart.
2. At checkout, choose "Flex | Pay with HSA/FSA" and enter your HSA or FSA card. Not seeing it? If you're in Shop Pay, choose "Check out as guest" to see more payment options.
3. Flex may ask you to complete a short online consultation, reviewed by a licensed clinician, usually within about 2 hours. You'll get a Letter of Medical Necessity.

After you buy

Download your Letter of Medical Necessity and itemized receipt at withflex.com/portal using the email you checked out with. Keep them for your records.

Good to know

• Card declined? It's usually the balance. You can pay the rest with a credit card at checkout.
• Don't have your card handy? Choose Flex, pay with a credit card, and submit the itemized receipt to your plan for reimbursement.
• Plans vary, so check with your plan administrator if you're unsure.
