Pants that fit over a leg brace
Leg braces, KAFOs and AFOs add width at the knee, calf or ankle, and most pants are not cut for that. The usual choices are going a few sizes up everywhere, or pulling a narrow leg over hardware every morning.

The Kintsugi Jogger has a full-length side zipper on each leg. Unzip it to get the pants on over a brace, or to reach straps and hinges during the day, then zip it closed. Because the leg opens, you can choose your size by waist instead of by the width of the brace.
The straight tailored fit leaves room through the knee and calf and tapers at the cuff. The body is 90% nylon and 10% elastane with four-way stretch, and the trim is Cordura and Dyneema, which hold up to rubbing from straps and metal.

- The zip opens down to the ankle, so you can close the leg over an AFO and shoe instead of threading your foot through the hem.

- Choose by waist. If you are between sizes and wear a bulky brace, size up. The size chart lists thigh and leg opening measurements.
